I must start off my overall feedback of the buying experience with Smart Auto Leasing by GIVING BIG PRAISE AND APPRECIATION to the agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. After dealing with a couple months of running point on my own specific car search efforts I had stumbled upon some positive feedback about a local agency that appeared to have a variety of options and tailorable situations they could provide a car buyer with. I had a bit more of a specific higher end vehicle I needed to find somewhere in the State of Texas or Southern US and also needed to have my existing vehicle sold at a competitive price to maximize my trade in value. I tasked Smart Auto with all of the afore mentioned items as well as probably a few more “must have” things and wished them the best of luck in being able to make it all happen for me (and sooner than later). Having previously spent a good amount of time searching and haggling on my own, I was rather familiar with what the best competitive pricing would be for the vehicle I wanted as well as the severe limited # of options that could even be possible. To my surprise, Smart Auto fielded all requests in-stride and left me with a feeling of “hope” that somehow…. We will find a way to make my dreams a reality! AND THEY DID! Not only were they pleasant to deal with, they are truly a competent and capable company who 100% followed through with any and all expressed commitments and requests and I couldn’t be happier about the overall experience I had in leveraging their services for my complete vehicle transition. I’ve already bragged about Smart Auto Leasing to a few of my “future car market” friends and colleagues and fully plan to make them my first call when I am ready to get my next car in a few years! I have nothing but positive and thankful feelings for their efforts and unwavering follow-through! If you ask me….. Only a fool would opt to NOT at least give Smart Auto Leasing a chance to show you what they can do if you were to be in the market for a vehicle change; regardless of the situation/structure.
